This project consisted of complete surveying and civil engineering services, including layout of building structures, parking lots, curbs, sidewalks, water mains, storm sewers, sanitary sewers and detention ponds and pool elements. Project included modification of existing Salt Creek floodplain and FEMA permits.

Residential Subdivision on 32-acre site located in unincorporated St. Charles that included 9 estate lots surrounding an existing 11-acre pond. Design included approximately 1300 feet of roadway, stormwater detention, floodplain analysis, and dam restoration. Services included Surveying, Civil Engineering Design and Construction Layout.
